Pricing for Music and Events

Below are my most popular Music & Events packages. If your project doesn't fit neatly into one of these options, get in touch for a custom quote.

Optional extra edited images: £15 each or 3 for £40. They include the same usage rights as your booked package. Paid advertising, merchandise and third-party commercial use are quoted separately.

Live music sessions are for gigs, performances, open mic nights and local music events. They focus on the artist or band performing, with atmosphere and crowd moments included where suitable depending on the package booked.

Best for:

Live Music sessions include use of the final edited images by the photographed artist or band for ordinary unpaid sharing of the photographed gig or performance on their own social media and website. No additional image-licensing fee applies for these included uses.

The venue or event organiser directly connected with the booking may also share the images organically in relation to the photographed gig or performance.

Extra edited images may be available after your gallery is delivered for £15 each or 3 for £40. Any extra images purchased from the same session include the same usage rights as the images included in your package.

Use for Spotify or other streaming profiles, release promotion, posters or flyers, single or album artwork, paid or boosted advertising, merchandise, sponsor or brand campaigns, resale and unrelated third-party commercial use is not included and must be agreed separately.

Artists wanting photographs for wider music promotion should book an Artist / Band Promo session or ask about an additional usage quote.

Artist / Band Promo sessions are on-location promo shoots for artists, bands, musicians, DJs and performers, creating images for social media, posters, Spotify profile images, press use and online profiles.

Artist / Band Promo sessions include use of the final edited images from your chosen package for your own music promotion, including social media, websites, posters, Spotify and other streaming profiles, press, release promotion and single or album artwork. No hidden image-licensing fees apply for these included uses.

Extra edited images may be available after your gallery is delivered for £15 each or 3 for £40. Any extra images purchased from the same session include the same promotional usage rights as the images included in your package.

These are on-location promo sessions. Studio-backdrop photography is not currently available.

Video Highlights are short edited recap videos for gigs, parties, celebrations, creative events and live moments. These sessions focus on capturing the atmosphere, energy, people and key moments of the event in a finished highlight edit.

Headline gigs, bigger parties, longer celebrations, creative events, club nights, multi-act events, or anyone wanting a fuller event highlight video.

Best for:

Video Highlight packages include one finished edited video in your chosen format:

Vertical 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts; or
Landscape 16:9 for YouTube, websites and wider viewing.

Both formats can be supplied if requested before filming. Dual-format delivery starts from £75.

Captions or subtitles may be added for £15.

Final delivery includes the finished edit only. Raw footage and editable project files are not included.

Music will be discussed before editing. Commercial copyrighted music may be muted, blocked or restricted by social-media platforms.

Where suitable, I can use properly licensed music or create an original track, although third-party platforms control their own copyright systems.

Personal-event highlights may be shared for personal use. Music highlights may be shared on the artist or band’s own social media, website, YouTube channel and online profiles. Paid advertising, sponsor campaigns and unrelated business use should be agreed separately.

Music Visuals are short video sessions for artists and bands who want teaser clips, visualisers, release promos or social media content for a song. These are not full music videos — full music videos can be discussed separately.

Music Visual packages include use of the finished videos for your own music promotion, including social media, YouTube, your artist or band website, streaming-platform visuals, release promotion and online profiles.

Paid advertising, sponsor or brand campaigns, merchandise and unrelated third-party commercial use should be agreed separately.

Locations outside Ashford may be available for an additional travel fee agreed before booking.

Final video length depends on the track, concept, footage captured and what works best for the edit.

Music Visual sessions can be simple and spontaneous or based around a rough idea, mood or track. You do not need a fully developed concept. Full music videos are quoted separately.

Final delivery includes the finished edits only. Raw footage and editable project files are not included.

TRAVEL

Mini photography sessions are available for Willesborough / Ashford town locations only, unless stated otherwise. Standard photography sessions include travel to locations within Ashford.

Video Highlight packages and Music Visual packages include Ashford travel, including Mini packages.

Locations outside Ashford, across South East Kent, may be available for an additional travel fee. Travel by car is charged at 45p per mile, calculated using the total mileage from my Ashford base to the agreed location and back. The exact travel fee will be confirmed before booking.

For locations further afield, please enquire with the details and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
